Good Institute, But Avoid Dealing with Shreya & Shalu:My experience with HES Mumbai has been extremely disappointing. While the admission and fee collection process was handled promptly, the level of support provided after payment has been far below expectations. It has been very difficult to get timely responses to calls, emails, or queries, leaving students to repeatedly follow up for even basic assistance.Unfortunately, dealing with representatives such as Shreya and Shalu has been frustrating. Communication has often been poor, and on several occasions, it required repeated follow-ups and unnecessary arguments just to have routine issues addressed. This lack of responsiveness has significantly affected my overall experience and, in my opinion, reflects poorly on the institution's commitment to student support.My sincere advice to prospective students is to thoroughly evaluate the quality of post-admission support before enrolling. Based on my personal experience, HES Mumbai has not met the level of service and professionalism that students deserve.I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Manisha and Ms. Mansi for their dedication and professionalism. They have consistently been approachable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever assistance was required. Their efforts deserve recognition, and they have been a positive exception to an otherwise disappointing experience.
They have hidden charges for different documents .. which they won't mention recommend all people to clear before applying or prefer another service .. keep on charging extra for each and everthing ..
The guidance of the teachers of this university is very useful for studies, the teacher here Swati Madam ji has answered the questions very quickly and this is really commendable. The teachers here give full support to the children from time to time, the students are confident of their success.
